பொதுவாக Google Play store இல் Apps download பண்ணும் போது “Error 498 has occurred while communicating with the server“. இப்படி ஒரு செய்தி வந்து தொல்லை படுத்தும். அதை எவ்வாறு இல்லாமல் செய்வது என்று பார்ப்போம்.

இதற்குப் பிரதான காரணமாக இருப்பது தொலைபேசியிலுள்ள Cache Partition என்பதாகும். இது நாம் செய்யும் Apps ஐ விட சிறிதாக இருந்தால் இந்த மாதிரி பிழைச் செய்தி வருகின்றது.

தொலைபேசியில் இந்த படிமுறையை பின்பற்றி அதை நிக்கி விடுங்கள்,

Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Select Google Play store > Clear Data & Clear Cache.

இதன் பிறகு தெலை பேசியை Restart செய்து மீண்டும் Apps நிறுவிப் பாருங்கள் . இப்பொழுது Install ஆகும்.
